This program has taught me so much in such a short time. Prior to formula 180 I had tried many diet programs and though I may have lost some weight, I did not learn how to change my habits or lifestyle. So true! I was that person, never having anything before I worked out. Then, I read the science behind needing just a little protein and decided to try it. I mean what did I have to lose? The results...instant!!! Energy for days, my workout was the easiest it had been in years. (Still hard lol). Ladies...I'm telling, eat something, it is fully worth it to get the most out of your workout!!
